Red face HELP ASAP CAR ALAMR PROBLEM

i just went into tesco ptrol station to fill up for petrol and when i clicked on my sigma keypad and it locked the car but i accidently opened the back door and it didnt lock the doors but i just wentin and payed for the petrol and when i came out i clicked the button on alarm pad but nothing happened so i sat in the car and tried to start the car but nothing happened i been sitting there for like 30 mins trying to sort this out, it seems like the car is immoblised and cant start the car, i have called the RAC to try and disconnect the alarm but have to wait 2 hours for them to come, so i just locked up and come home can someone please help asap or even better ring me if they can i will call u back...07828-993-643 lz help

What year's the car?

Has the alarm got a key pad for it? If so do you know the number and have you tried to disable via that?

I know a lot of the sigma alarms have problems around phone masts, underground cables and in petrol stations - Have you ried pushing it out of the petrol station and trying again?

Tried ringing you but the guy that answerd had no idea what I was on about - thought I was
