why is it that since owning the scoob my garage is filling up with bits of it that i have changed i.e
low level spoiler
2 cracked coil packs 2 starting to crack coil packs
old ecu <out of 93 inport>
rear lights from 93 wrx import
steering wheel
old center section
old knackered back box
im sure the list will grow has any one else have this problem

 

They are money pits aren`t they?? scary really, but what else would we spend it on??

I,m 41 this yr, if i added up what i,ve lost over the years it would make me consider suicide.....

 

Same here, im renting a spare garage down the road where its all kept "out of sight out of mind" springs to mind

 

i tend to bin or flog on fleabay any bits i remove,so when walking in to garage i am not constantly reminded of the money i have spent on it

I have of 10 wheels piled up behind the shed in my parents garden (8 for the scooby and 2 other's off a ford), there are hidden behind the fence so they have been "forgotten" about by my mum. I also an old air box, a starter that I brought and then realised that the battery was knackered so the starter is still in the bubble wrap, and a few boxes of other bits and pieces that are also in the shed and my mum keeps trying to bin them but I won't let her because I might need them sometime.

Why my mum has been into the shed I don't know as women aren't allowed into sheds, it's the domain of a man !!

I've got a low level one in red (with brake light) cluttering up my shed.....

16 in gold alloys with tyres
17 in winter alloys with tyres

 

Cheers but i'm trying to get out of spraying mine as some of the paints come off it.
