DIY window tinting
Is it possible to successfully tint your own car windows without the end result and quality looking like a chaved up BMW from Cheethamhill.
I am contemplating tinting the n/s and o/s rears.
Thanks

Yes it is, provided you have the patience of a saint.... Took me 8 hours to do my rear windows (excluding rear window - best left to the pros imho) in my old Pug 306. They looked very good too.
Best place to start is a sealed garage and wet down the floor/walls to attract dust there instead of the windows!. When applying the film remember that it can never be too wet, if a bit dries it will stick and if you pull it away it will leave residue and you will have to go back and reclean and skim with a razor blade.

Don't do it as it will look awful. Use these guys as they tinted my wifes car - superb!
Autotint, ask for Allan, 0870 240 2480.
I'll be getting them to black out the 3 rears too.
