Some help please
A couple of weeks ago I bought myself another scoob after a couple of years of withdrawal symptoms. Anyway, I got a good price on a jap car, 8k for an STi. I'm really happy with the car and I'll be keeping it for a long time so I'm not overly worried about the following:-
The car is a y reg 2001 import, but it's a blobeye. I was told that the blobs came out in Japan earlier than here, but now I'm not so sure. It's not a major problem as like I said, I'll be keeping it for a good while and I had it HPI'd before I bought it ( all clear), and everything else checks out fine. I'd just like to know if the blobs were around in 2001???
