At this present moment there is a 3 month waiting list on SVA s for 98/99 scoobs in southampton docks..Unless you can get it shipped out to jersey, they will do it strait away
I dont know the full reasons as there is so many storys flying about,One story is its because of a certain model/models that doesnt comply with regs in this country. But i cant fully believe that, as all the Evos are getting SVA no probs..
But as above nothing is impossible

The sva was only introduced in 2001 so a few type r's would of come in prior to that and only needed an mot.

Do you know the model code of the type r give us a call i'll ty and help you.I was in the same situation when buying my type ra they would'nt recognise the car because it did'nt have a classification number.

Doesn't a Type RA have four doors?

Quite a different prospect to a two door Type R.

There was a thread about this only a couple of days ago.

My interpretation is that some problems are easier to fix than others. Like finding two stick on doors

No classification of de-reg is a problem that can affect any vehicle and it doesnt have anything to do with applied model numbers or (E)SVA tests.....

So how did you manage to overcome this?

Saying that how are managing to bring MY06 cars into the country? Litchfield owns the rights to the model report for MY06 cars as he imported the first one into the country and I know that he will not loan it out.
