To cut a long story short
Jenny's Puma was parked outside a bodyshop where it had just been repaired, we turned up to colect it at 13:50hrs, the shop does not shut 'till 14:00hrs. They had gone home early leaving the car outside, no keys - i am sure they assumed we had the spare set (which where lost a week or so ago). The ind est is in a run down area far from housing - No way could we leave it outside all weekend.
Went home to retieve the spare part-key (only opens doors, does not disarm the immobiliser) so we could get into the car.
No way we could tow it, Jenny had never towed or been towed, power steering and brakes so difficult to drive, could not get hold of any mates.
I was running out of options, eventually called TN (just before closing). No problem! They sent a man and a van down and towed the car back to TN and put it safely in the workshop.
What a decent lot. My sencerest thanks for saving the day.
Oh yeah, it is kinda Scooby related - if i had had to tow it with the scoob i recon i would have done my clutch in
