Default first scooby

went and had a look and drive of a 99 estate (uk) today. going back tommorow to check it over more thouroughly and hopefully drive it away
has 68k fssh ,completley standard bar cat back exhaust and induction kit.any tips on what to look out for?

yeah.........make sure its a turbo and not a sport....

'99 Models should NOT have an induction kit on them, it knackers the MAF sensor, apparently.

no m8,maf sensors are only damaged by oil gazed filters,if you use a dry filter then theres no probs......hks super hybrid filters,dry as the goby desert...........lol

Don't worry about having a sport, if you get to meet folk or join a local club they will welcome you as a fellow enthusiast, Sport or Turbo!

firstly it is a TURBO. second i have heard that bout the mafs
it has had a pipercross kit on for a few months but i will be replacing that with either a k+n or a orig air box with k+n just cant wait for the keys
