I don't see anything in Conrad's comments which may in themselves have been misjudged which question his ability to tune and develop a car.

Indeed I cannot remember who made this excellent observation that lawsuits (especially slander and libel) are where two protagonists go head to head until one of them comes to their senses...

Reading this thread (where Conrad's comments were made) will throw plenty of light on why BUT be warned, it's long and involved - but entertaining if you've got an hour to spend...
