I'm sure there's a monkey joke here somewhere, just can't think of it at the moment.

Mate has a Veccy, he doesn't have the fogs switched on all the time.

I'm lead to believe that the Scoob has front driving lights, I sometimes have my front rounds on as it helps to see where I'm going on dark roads. My front candles are a little poor.

Puff, - May go for the SS Cibies, lots of expensive things I want at the mo... Not to mention paying off the car loan and saving for a Mortgage.

Rebel - I'm friends with Veccy drivers, my mate has one.

The Vauxhall Vectra has two tail lamps in each side. There seems to be a very annoying trend (especially with mini-cab drivers) to only have the inner bulb fitted.

Very sad.

Well Tony, I have a Vectra & ALL its lights are working AND I only use the foglights when it is really really foggy - unlike some scoob drivers

So nah nah

I didn't realise Vectras had an off switch for the front fogs...

They don't, it's just the same size bulb as fits in the rear light - boom boom!

"I didn't realise Vectras had an off switch for the front fogs..."
I realise that was in jest, but yesterday I pulled up at the traffic lights next to an old dear driving a Rover with its fog lights on. After much encouragement my partner wound down the window and tactfully suggested that the fog-lights should be switched off. The response:
"I don't know how to".

Your scooby has fog-lights as standard unless a P1 or has had an upgrade.

Are your "front rounds" on with dipped headlights? If so, then they are definately fogs

If they only come on with the main beam, then they are driving lights.

Gotta agree, the standard scoob lights are pants. U/grade your bulbs.

You must be one of them I see in the Vectra

Puff,

Ahhh, they come on only when button is pushed. Have to admit tho, they are not very intense for fog lights. Pugs and other cars have much brighter fogs, hence the reason I thought mine were only driving lights.
Gotta say only been flashed with them on once. Normally turn them off with on comming traffic but sometimes forget as the headlights are so poor. If I've been doing alot of back road driving in the dark I get used to them being on and forget the I switched them on.
Only used the fogs on my GSI in the fog tho. Shows hor p!ss poor the Scoob headlights are.

Thinking of making modified head lights with a couple of Maglites. Sad but my maglite seems to shine further than the HL's.

Replace the "fogs" with SS Cibies or PIAAs or Hella HIDs ( ) & wired to your main beams.

No more problems with dark country lane driving
