Default Is it time for a new clutch

It's been going on for a couple of months now but now and again it will start slipping. Usually when the weather is freezing. But when the weather warms up the slipping disappears. I can't see why a clutch would do this apart from the oil not working correctly. Is It f****d or could it be something else??
Anybody got any Ideas??
