Default Ferry to France: info required

Checking ferry prices for school holiday time and prices are exorbitant.
What's to stop me buying a day return, swanning around France for five days and then buying a day return on the French side?

Sounds straightforward but I bet it ain't.

Nope, it's not.

The ferry companies keep your details, and if any part of a ticket isn't used, they reserve the right to charge you full fare on your credit/debit card at a later date.

If you think they prices are dear, give them a ring and ask if there are any special offers.

I've just booked 10 days from next friday, shareholder's 50% discount, and it's STILL £105 return!

P&O:
UK: 08705 980 333
0800-2000, Monday-Friday
0800-1830, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays

When we went to france from dover, it cost £110 return, but that was an anytime ticket so we could ammend it. The ferry was brilliant and it was a smooth ride, that was with P&O.

Winners.

Another vote for Norfolkline. Used them several times, no issues at all.
