If you have a look at the one below (right click save as)
http://www.sidtech.co.uk/vu/JAPFEST2004_ALL_LAPS.wmv
You'll understand that I do drive quite quickly I'm not a good driver but make up with enthusiasm, hence most my passenger tend to come back for another go and normally have a queue for PX rides.
Big ***** maybe but not enough skill, yep Felt like Solberg for 4 laps and Maureen after the Crash

I remember standing on that very same corner last year, everyone was waiting for a car to come off.
Then yep a newage WRX spun off, ended up in the grass thank god.
Then a Carlton i think, spanked it on the next bend

Deffo in a WRC style.............how many times do you see the drivers door stoved in!!!
My driver used to tell me I was just a sand bag to act as cushioning in the event of an accident.
I can say that yes you deffo drive quick, I was on the same sesh at donnington recently in the wet and you just sodded off!!!

about £10k, Insured with L&V my road insurance. They covered me on Track and road (they don't do that for new customers anymore IIRC)

Had a crap one miself. Mi mate drove my car up and I new the brakes were bad but he forgot to mention he set fire to them as he arrived (been blasting against a cayman) oh and he'd also run it out of petrol!!
Tip toed round for 2 laps trying not to fry the brakes and then it cut out so called it a day after lap 3. PATHETIC.
To add insult to injury the car I'd towed up (hence mi mate driving mine) was black flagged immeadiately for noise GGGGRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!
Brakes now sorted and always full of fuel so will try harder next time.
