Reporting Accident
After being hit by someone in December, I've got a quote for the work and managed to find his details (Which I'd misplaced ).
I knew the cost wouldn't be worth going through the insurance.
If I contact the guy and simply ask for the money and he says no - Can I still claim through the insurance this long after the accident?

yeah as sadi, just because you report it to the insurance company doesn't mean it counts against your no claims, if the guy pays up then wont affect you in anyway, if he dosn't then you have the back up of your insurance company to help out with the legalities.
