Should I have a grill in front of the radiator ?

I have just had a new front bumper fitted, and the radiator is exposed behind the number plate. Should there be something there, or should the radiator be completely exposed ?

Scarey, but true, my P1 is the same, radiator exposed behind number plate...
I believe you can buy radiator guards, try Graham Goode or Scoobysport or Scoobymania.
