Cheapest for the last three years for me was Hastings Direct. However, after a run in with a deer this year they have almost doubled my premium at renewal, so bye bye! Phoning for quotes this week, Churchill were £100 cheaper than last year's premium....!!!Cheaper than I have ever paid in fact....give em a try
