How nice is this Impreza They've come along way since the S201

I actually think it looks a bit lame in comparison to an S201

 

Just not a fan of the S201 at all, its hidious in my opinion, the kit just didn't suit the car at all.

 

How can you say such a thing.... It looks even better from the rear

The S201 was developed from a very well-received concept. Unfortunately it hasnt aged well.

In fact I don't know if there even is one in the UK. I've never heard of one

 

jap performance parts had one in their workshop this summer, but they were breaking it as it was smashed up, think it looked better that way

 

They both look awful. In fact, Subaru haven't made anything that looked good since the days of the 22b, typeR or P1. From the looks of what they push out these days they'll never make anything as good either.

The S204 is indeed lovely and I certainly would consider it over my Type20 but cosmeticaly it's no better looking to my Hawkeye A set of wheels and spoiler has improved the looks but not that much.

I love the RB320 which I feel has the Presence and "Class" of Classic special Editions previously UK models by Prodrive . IMHO Prodrive struggled to achieve "Class" with the "Newage models" but reckon ticked all the right boxes with the RB320 and on par with the P1.

totally agree with you tony, the rb ltd edition is as equal to the p1. ok not spec c league for ability but so what its a beautiful looking car and to some or most it has enough going for it to be sat on there drive as to other jdm offerings.

Thought that was a joke at first, never seen an S201 before. Obviously some crazy peace pipe was getting passed round the board room when that was given the go ahead?
