subaru ecu and air filters

i have a wrx import is it better to get a upgraded ecu or to have it super chiped and i have an arc air filter does anyone know anything about them or shall i change to a different induction kit what is best i think i have a hks system with a 4.5inch rear box

I wouldn`t fit a Superchips, i think the general feeling towards these on the Impreza is poor. Try Link or Unichip. Do a search on these subjects and you will be reading all night, even though i have asked these questions in a thread myself tonight.
Never heard of ARC filters, so cannot comment.
