Default insuring a scoob after a crash?

sadly after near 3 years of owning a 1995 sti someone went and pulled out of a small t-junction on me in a 60 limit wen i was doing 60 sadly i hit the back of them and lost my noclaims and the car was no more.

i now have a 328 bmw and i fecking hate it, it has no traction and you have to rev the *** out of the thing to get anywhere

i just want to know if any of you have had any trouble insuring your another scoob after a crash

i was paying £1000 but my noclaims was knocked down to 1 year

so i have 1 accident to my name and im 23

seriously try A plan, they were brilliant for me, i had 2 non-fault claims in sepy 04 and a theft claim in July 06 and the hubby got an sp30 and mine is only £813 for us both, and you only pay it for 9 m0nths which is a bonus.

i was origionally with privilage/direct line and i wouldn't touch them with a barge pole they sent me a renewal for £1800 + £800 excess no curtasy car and no proected no claims as they said i should have asked to transfer them over when i got my 03 Sti because they don't do this automatically, when mine got nicked they took £450 excess and a further £300 voluntary excess and 2 years no claims as you guess i told them to shove it up their a**e.
Churchill were only £200 more both A plan and Churchill give u legal and curtasy free.
