Default Temporary harness for passenger seat???

Does anyone know if there is such a thing as a Temporary harness that can be attached/clipped/secured to a standard seat belt that would give similar support that a multi-point harness would, only I have been asked if I could take a M.S. sufferer out for a drive as they are a huge fan of Scoob's, however the patient's carers have concerns that a normal seat belt would not provide enough support because the chap's upper body strength isn't that good. Idea's anyone????
Thanks in advance,
Nick.

Great device but it doesn't increase the upper body hold just the lap belt hold

I got one from Demon Tweeks a few years ago. Only problem with a harness is that you need solid seats as if it reclines then the pivot point becomes a weak spot and could cause the seat to collapse rendering the harness useless.

Thanks for the advice Chaps, seems there is the very device available from most mobility assistance websites and only about £40.00. Seems playing Santa won't cost much after all.
Thanks again.
Nick.
