API
A big to David and the guys at API.
They fitted a new clutch on the Type R at the weekend and wow, no judder, no smells, smooth pedal action etc.
My first experience of API and I'll have to agree with the consensus that they are a great bunch; friendly and efficient.
Bacon buttie appreciated.
Only complaint - you have to make your own tea!
Cheers guys

Give them a ring and discuss - I had a few bits and bobs done, so I can't remember the exact breakdown, but they were competitive as I did phone arround a bit.
Phone a few garages for a price and then also API.
There was another guy there - from Cardiff, so their reputation preceeds them.
