The NINJA is quiet ..... but it's bloody big bore isn't it?

Looks like a dustbin jammed under the back of the car ..... but, the sound is just right I reckon?

If you are refering to a straight through centre and ninja......it aint much different tbh. I made that same mistake and finally sold the ninja and got the vortex

If you really want to free up the scooby rumble, you need to get a decat downpipe, or sports cat down pipe.

I have a standard system in my wagon with a scoobysport back box and I don't think I could live with it being any louder.

no, what l mean is having my prodrive middle to a custom made rear straight through, rather than buying a vortex

I think you would fail the mot (when its due) or have the environmental health officer tapping at your door.

IMO if you think the Ninja isn't loud enough you need to start bathing your ears in warm olive oil as they need syringing..

Seriously, it's a good deep sound, without being silly..

In my case I initially fitted the BB with centre decat (non resonated) and was concerned that when I had it fully decated (remaining 2 cats..!) it was going to be far too loud. In actual fact it wasn't much difference..!

The ONLY thing I'm not a fan of is the fact that the pipework hangs a bit low. I've thought about having it sorted at the local ex place, but it's not that much of an issue TBH.

I have H & S decat/deresonated centre pipe (ie it's just a straight through pipe) plus Prodrive WR backbox. It produces a nice throaty burble, but could quite happily be a bit louder. Not really sure if there's any "middle point" as I reckon I'd find the vortex a bit too loud 'n' chavvy (no offence to owners !).

decat the rest of your exhaust with a non-resonated centre. Then see if it's quiet. Bloody wake the dead it will.
