Default How to connect up...

Mates just found a spark plug in the end of his zorst, Ive explained what it was for as Ive seen the kits around. Now he wants to wire it up.

No signs of anything other than the plug so whats he need to get it working and how do you do it??

My understanding is 12v off the battery, into a switch on the dash then off to a coil connected to the plug. If thats right can a coil pack be used or do you need a proper coil...

you will need an amplifier to drive the coil, try ebay for one, around a tenner
