Default Missing Prodrive Certificate

I bought a secondhand WRX from a Subaru dealer which was sold as having the Prodrive Performance Pack fitted. Unknown to me at the time there should have been a certificate of fitment included with the car. I am now in the process of part exchanging my WRX and the dealer taking it as a part exchange is insisting on this certificate as part of the deal to take my car. The Subaru dealer who sold me the WRX has said that the dont think they can issue me a duplicate certificate, and are now not returning my calls(and is 200miles away from me). Any ideas on what i can do?

Ring Subaru UK up. Surely they will have a record if you give them the chassis no etc

Dealer has faxed VIN to Subaru UK who will issue a new certificate. Just have to wait and see how long it takes for the dealer to receive the certificate. Hopefully no more than a week. I was supposed to be picking up my new car Wednesday, so thats going to be delayed now. Thanks guys for your replies.

They only have to check the ecu as it should have been written on ' wrx my ? and the serial number which is the amount of ecu's ppp'd in that year . Which is what i was told .
