Hi. I'm looking for a set myself. I e-mailed sales@potn.co.uk (who are affiliated with OZ) a month ago, asking the question, but didn't get anywhere. Maybe you could try?

Try Decalz.co.uk. They recently did me some bespoke prodrive logos to a specific size.
You might need to mail them an enquiry via their website and help them out with wheel dia but they could probably help you.
The quality is fine and you can get a selevtion of colours

I've just put some on my wheels today and they look mint. 
I got them through Scoobyteknix, and they cost about £10 for 8.
I think they sourced them from someone on p1 owners club.
Might get another set so i have 4 on each wheel.
