what are typical oil temp, pressure readings on people defi's?

what are typical oil temp, pressure readings on people defi's?
as the title suggests i am trying to find out typical gauge readings for when i put my defi's in the car.
I have defi BF's so need to know where to set the warnings etc on both oil temp and oil pressure.
My car is an 03WRX with PPP at the mo but will sonn be off to API for a 330bhp (ish) upgrade
any help would be appreciated, thanks

I have them in my MY00 Uk Turbo.
Both senders are on the oil sandwich plate between the filter and the engine.
The oil temp is usually 80-90 and oil pressure is about 4 when it warmed up on idle about 6 when first started.
Pressure warning is set at about 3.5 and temp about 100.

MY02 STI running about 325 bhp.
Oil pressure is about 6 when starting. Once the engine is fully warm, idle is about 2 (or a bit less) and driving is 4 (cruising) to 6 (giving it some).
Oil temp is about 90-95 on cold days, rising to 105-110 hooning on hot days.
