What can i buy 4 5k ?
I am on the lookout for a scoobie and don't want to spend no more than 5k
I want it totally standard as my plans are to have some fun with it and " do it up"
As there ar e so many out there on ebay / autotrader etc i want to know from you guys what i can get with my money,.
I missed out big time the other week as i went to a dealer local to me offering a 2000 awd uk w reg for 5500 k with 3 years warranty! - Got to the garage and it was sold!
Any ideas?

Not being funny, but for a tuning company, you don't seem to know a lot about Imprezas.
If you are buying to 'do up', you may aswell start with an import sti type ra.
If you don't know what one of those is, you shouldn't be advertising on here.

I have been on the lookout for one for the last six months, up to now we have had to get a couple of guys we know to test all our pulleys etc before we put them on the market - Would be nice if I can get one and do the testing / research myself !

I paid £5700 for mine.
