Subaru is selling relatively a lot more cars in the UK than they do in Holland or Germany. Here they say that's because Brittain has such poor roads and that all the buyers are farmers who find the AWD ideal to fetch their sheepdogs in the grass. Is this correct? B.t.w. there is nothing wrong with you farmer-people but you should see your Dutch collegues.. overhere the wear wooden shoes! Nice on alu pedals...

I feel lotsa sympathy for you all... i saw the heavy rainfall and storms on tv last week and i guess it's a depressing time for you all. The damage to the crops will be substantial, not? Any dogs lost?

They're not worried 'bout sheep when they've got dykes to plug

Also, because Holland is flat & floods can happen more often over there, wooden clogs are more useful as it means they can float to dry land!
