Subaru Specialist Cullompton
Has anyone used Rowleys Performance Engineering in Cullompton?Looks like they work on imports and not VAT registered so cheaper labour costs.

I have known phil for about 5 years as we belong to the same motorclub. my car has never been serviced or touched by him, read into that what you will. Nice chap though and he will price match on any parts if you can get them cheaper else where.
