Average speed cameras
Has this already been mentioned?
I read in that most informative of tomes the 'Daily Mail' yesterday that the DOT admitted that average speed cameras cannot issue you tickets if you are not in the same lane on the second photo.
First photo gets your plate.
Second photo gets your plate and calculates your speed.
Third photo is the actual photo they use as evidence (I assume the 2nd and 3rd are taken near enough simultaneously).
And no, I don't have the bottle to test it out!
