Default 18'' wheels

I want to fit bigger rims to my 95 import and looking at 17'' and 18''. Do I need to uprate my suspension if I go for the 18's or will they not rub the arches etc.

Suggestions please

17's are generally considered best for a classic with regards to handling etc and no problems with fitting either.

There are classics out there with 18's on tho, so wait for a reply from them.

I had 18's on my classic, which was lowered and they rubbed. But you can roll the arches, or alternative methods and they never caught again, even full loaded.
