Dealer I went to a month ago stated Subaru gave you the vouchers and you could use them for any vehicle, not just your scooby, within the timescale allowed. You can only use them at specific garages - (forgot which ones!! been a long day!!)

The firm i work for uses the "voucher" system and it is a nightmare. The assistant at the garage looks like you handed the a bomb and say "what is this"!!!
Total waste of time, they should give you £3,000 and thats the end of it.

well yes its not always easy I guess - but its still £3000.
In my experience if you choose a well known garage chain - Shell for example then there is no problem. I always fill up on a Sunday and take my young boy for a ride in the car (he hands the vouchers over for me). We always end up at the same place and they know I am using them now. I always complete them before setting out and just add the litres once I have filled up ....
A debit card kind of arrangement would have been better.....

They can be used for any fuel in any car, including diesel.
Used my first one this week at my local shell - I didn't bother asking first and it was fine. I would have paid cash if there was a problem.
Best of all he filled the £40 voucher in for £43.70 and didn't ask for the difference I doubt that will carry on for long though.
They can be used at all the major garages and supermarkets - there are a couple of motorway service stations (Roadchef and another I think) who don't accept them, but I would never fill up there anyway. Details on the Subaru website.
