Sell it privately IMO. But be prepared to take a lot less than you paid for it, presuming you bought it new. Just my thoughts.

You should be able to get around £14k, if it's low mileage and a 1 or 2 owner car, full Subaru history, any extras, plus of course the overall condition of the car being excellent.
Maybe you could tell us more specifics about the car to get a more accurate opinion/estimate on its value!

Serviced / bodywork treatment by the book at main dealer
17200 miles
Recently replaced front tyres
As standard, no mods - blank canvass!!
Bumpers / wheels are mint / scratch /ding free
Couple of the usual door dings
One stone chip on bonnet, advised to leave it at body inspection
No accidnets / repairs / mechanical failures
With a wash and polis the car is tip top condition
A snip at £14k!
