Angry Scoob vandalised last night

I came out this morning to find some ****** with spray paint had customised my car.

It was waxed last week so I'm hoped the paint won't have stuck too much. WHat's best to get it off? T-cut or thinners?

Thats nasty!
Id have thought thinners would be most effective.

Hmm,Thinners wont do it i wouldnt of thought, depends on how strong that black spray is tho i suppose.

You could try t-cut,but i had trouble getting some slight overspray off some plastic once when i sprayed the item, i usually use a compound called "G" or you can get a halfords equivalant, yet its not as good, "g" YOU CAN GET FROM PLACES LIKE PARTCO .

Be careful tho, ive only used it for overspray etc, not to actually remove pure paint, it is slightly abrasive,so might not work, but its the line you might need to go down.

Sure some "spray" Bofs will be along tho.........

Why do people do stuff like that?!?!? Really pisses me off!
My Mrs got a scratch down her Fiesta the other day, thinks it was an ex-student of hers that did it
I'd try t-cut, think it should come off easy enough, at least they didn't do the whole of the car, could have been worse I suppose.

Go steady with the thinners if you're going to try it.

I would imagine that faracla G3 with stacks of water and then a clay bar should soon remove that.

Good luck

Thanks for all the ideas.

I wanted to avoid anything abrasive so I tested a small patch with white spirit and it came off very easily.

Lesson here is always have a decent layer of wax (or dirt) on your car.

Little F**kers, not what you need first thing in the morning
If you use t-cut it might just get it deaper into the paint work, think id take it to a spray shop for professional advice before i went mad trying to scrub it off, altho it would be tempting, fingers crossed for you mate
