wouldnt have said lots more,

98k miles, i reckon it would be on par with an a classic with half the milage mate, (of a similar age)

but personally, i wouldnt be going near a scooby with 98k on it, not unless it was serioulsy cheap.

lay of the caps mate, its not to pleasing on the eye to read

I will take caps off if you use your spellchecker, also please note that this is a 98 car and as such has only covered 250mls per annum above average, backed by full Subaru history. These cars have won awards for reliability and a classic 98 car with only 49k miles would be unusual surely. I know they are out there but very low miles examples will attract a premium above the average examples.
Anyway how cheap is "serioulsy" cheap?

Terzo!

I would say £5K would be the minimum .... these cars usually make 20-25% above the price of the standard car with similar mileage.

Its generally recognised that the average per annum mileage nowadays is around the 10K mark, and would expect a more specialist car like a Terzo to be nearer the 8K mark .... 98K is above average, but with a comprehensive history, wouldnt be a problem!

White dog **** is extremely rare nowadays too, but its no more valuable than the more-common tan variety.... A Terzo is worth a small premium over an otherwise similar UK car. The cars current owner is in for an unpleasant surprise because Impreza residuals are on their ****.

I would say £5k is a bit steep myself, I agree that Terzo won't make a great difference to price, maybe 5-10%.

It's basically an 8 year old Impreza with 100,000 miles on the clock.

If you take the average price of a MY98 UK turbo as being around, what, £4,500? maybe a little more - Then I suppose, at best, you could get maybe £5,500 - perhaps £5K. In essence the car is identical to the standard Impreza in terms of engine, drive train etc - the changes were all aesthetic or luxury items eg gold alloys (same size), special blue paintwork, air con, decals - that sort of thing. Not nearly as much as , say the RB5's.

Mind you, this example has quite high mileage, so perhaps as Paul said, even £5K might be hoping..

Terzo's imo having got one in my hands isnt that speical as people above have said all thats different is cosmetics nothing else is different apart from it maybe slightly cheaper on old insurance due to the cobra alarm and tracker as standard and it being a UK only model other than that yes they are rare but if you look at scoobynet scooby owners from a glance there are more terzo owners in here than there are RB5 owners, and the fact that Mr Burns is in heaven looking down on us with a smile(RIP rich)makes the RB5 more rarer than a terzo.

a realistic price for your car wheel would be under 5k they arent that sought after unfortunately, you would be better of breaking it and making a few grand more than selling the car as a whole.

Thanks for all your replies, does the general opinion end up around £5K if its really nice, but a little less if i want to sell it quick?
I thought it was a really nice colour/insurable uk car with good history and as such might be in demand?
I could find lots of mention of them but not many for sale to compare prices.

There are three on autotrader at the moment, one for £5.5K one for £6K and one for £7K all MY98 (obviously) and the only one with stated mileage is the £5.5K one at 86,000 - Take a punt at £4,995 and see if you get a bite I suppose.
