if it's a UK car (rather than EU) and from a dealer, then for a PPP equipped 05 sti this looks pretty good to me.
if you can get it for £16500 and it's from a main dealer forecourt i'd say good price
looking quickly on the subaru main site £18500 will get you a 54 plated 05 model, so your price looks

coling,if you are really looking for a genuine 05 Sti(uk)unmarked with all the goodies and Prodrive bits already fitted with manufacturers warrenty and free servicing included......maybe we can talk
