Strange noise from rear (my Scooby that is!)
34,000 miles Blob Eye WRX 4 Door.
When moving at slow speed, I notice a strange low pitch whining noise (if a whine can be low-pitch!) from the back of my Scooby. It stops once I get above about 5 mph.
It seems to be related to the physical movement of the car (i.e. it carries on when in gear or coasting).
Could it be a syptom of warped discs ( ), or something less expensive?
Any help much appreciated.

Scooby Regular
Rear parking brake shoe binding. Drive with the handbrake on for a few hundred yards at 15-20mph to clear the dust off the shoe and drum surfaces. If it still does it I believe it can be adjusted simply, so ask your dealer or a local specialist.
