What did i see today?
Coming back down the M4 by reading i noticed on a side road adjacent to the motorway a white van with what looked like a round turret with windows on the top. It was positioned so it could see on coming trafficbut hiden from view
Is this some sort of tax-disc spotter or a new type of spees camra van?

Motorway surveyors van 
iirc its some american thing with a massive turret on it (only thing missing is a cannon 
) it gets service at the american specialist next to my place
