Default Octane Booster

Anyone know where is cheapest to get say 10 bottles of Millers Octane Booster?

Also, is Millers the best, or is there something better?

It's for a turbo with cats still on.

Stupid question I know but can I use it in a std STi running on Tesco 99??

Not had a remap or anything, just standard for the moment.

Will it harm the engine?
