Technically yes, Is it worth it? NO. You could fit a scoobyecu board which the above is a redesign of.. However I will no longer supply them as I cant be arsed with the hassle.
Best bet is get andyf, Jolly Green Monster, Pavlo etc to fit you an Apexi Power FC.

An A'PEXi PowerFC is a replacement ECU (you need your model-specific version). I used to suggest a PowerFC fitted and mapped by Andy Forrest for £750 over a 'ScoobyECU' as it represents far better value. The ESL solution only costs £200 though and I think that it will suit some people better.

and having a bit of a power increase the ESL chip is ideal.

I would say with full decat/panel filter plus remap around 250/260bhp

A UK car will have a socket already fitted onto the PCB, whichll make fitting an ESL upgrade easier.
Its possible that your car has been fitted with a PPP ECU, which is essentially similar to the C-Series JDM Z4 ECU. If thats the case itll be good for about 13-odd PSI boost (up from 12.7) and about 260bhp.

Now I think that was a bargain..
But it wasnt worth thousands of emails, saying "what boost will it run, and how quick will it be"

I should qualify that then David. ScoobyECUs were superb value for money; Ican remember when they sold for about £75!
As far as Im aware real ScoobyECUs arent available anymore (although Scott Taylor sells the odd one on eBay (and they attract silly prices)). A number of companies sell so-called 'ScoobyECUs' but the price approaches £500 by the time theyve been fitted and mapped. Compared to that an A'PEXi is far better value.

Simon,
Scoobyecu's are available, I can still order more if I was so inclined, I am not though.. They can be bought via Scoobyclinic and Paul at Zen can probably also supply, however I suspect he wont deal with new purchases, if you have one allready then he may.
No one else in the UK sells scoobyecu boards.
Scoobyclinic supply scoobyecu's with a difference, they will custom map it on the rolling road and also accomodate injector changes etc, the cheap scoobyecu boards are a generic pull some fuel out and add some boost map, ie not really pushing the car.. but then what do you expect for a map via post.
