New car faulty : Reject or Replacement?
Legally: If a dealer offers you a replacement new car because of problem on yours do you think you have the right discount this and go for a full refund?

Hi,Sorry things arn,t going to well, I believe you are,(i rejected mine but wanted a replacement) but check with CIB and search THE SALE AND SUPPLY OF GOODS ACT. PM me if you like with some more details.
