Good stuff. Brightened up my dreary Tuesday.

Hiya Pete...
Having read the article, I'm sorely pressed to go upgrade to an MY01, dammit! Do they do 'em in yellow?
I saw that RX7 and it's brother the gold Toyota Supra at Santa-Pod on Sunday. Looked wonderful - They may have made runs in the morning, but I missed it.
I drove for nearly 2 hours to get there, to realise I'd forgotten to take my driving-license! Otherwise, Scooby honour would have been upheld amidst a sea of Novas, Cossies, etc...
Next time.

I haven't seen the mag yet (I've been out of the country) - if it's the issue I'm thinking of then I believe my red MY00 is the one on the cover? I don't know if any of the other piccies from the shoot made it into the mag though.

the mad RX7 and the supra are both 200+ club members. the supra had a misfire so didnt run at pod, the RX7 did a 12.6 113mph on its first ever drag run! to say he was chuffed is an understatement!
the cars only just finished, he has built it to run upto 28psi, he used 14 on sunday. mind you , full traction control also worked well.
there's some pictures of it on our Yahoo chatgroup files area, and i posted a link to a site with video footage if anybody wants a look.
what times if any did you scobby owners get on sunday?
