Mods & warranty
Hello All...
Please excuse the question if it's obvious, but it's my first impreza.
The range/scope of mods available is mind blowin, question is....
Can I make any performance mods/tweaks to my 06WRX without affecting the warranty.
It's a Euro import so I can't have PPP ( I think it has to be fitted in the suppling country ).
For example...would an improved filter be noticeable ? has anyone else done anything ?
Cheers.....

Dealers would charge the earth.
Besides, they only offer pro drive related stuff anyway ( i think) which doesn't effect warranties.
Nik.

Just find a friendly dealer.
I've mods and the dealer is OK with it. Had battery & struts changed without hastle. It's a Euro too. They got the car ready on time, called to say when it was ready, even cleaned the car. Some dealers are different. Nice one S&S!
Most wont be worried if say the suspension knackers and you've got a decat. If the engine lets go though, i think it would be a different matter.

If you check previous threads I think you will find you can't have PPP fitted and still retain warranty on EU cars as the supplying dealer in EU has to agree it. If you find different let me know mine came from cyprus
