For how sticky they are you get reasonably good milage from them & they look the muts too, Ive always had them on all my old cars but they are being superceeded by the T1R now. They are loads better than yokos for wear but not quite as long lasting as michelins.

Used to run Michelin exalto pe2's on my Clio 182 real good for grip in wet and dry and reasonably long lasting. Don't know which to go for now.

Are you getting any where near 9000 miles out of your Toyo's

Thanks
James

Currently running T1-s's on my TT, and they seem to be wearing well and at about the same rate as my previous P-zero Rosso's. bowsaaa is right about the T1-r's replacing the T1-s. There shouldn't be much difference in price between them, so opt for the r's if you can.

I had the R's on my MY03 WRX until one got punctured and of course i had to replace both, LOL, anyway, i now have the S's on the front, and imho i prefer the S version. I feel it grips more on the front with the S's.
Just fyi, i had R's all round, now i have R's on rear, and S's on front.
Only reason i swapped was when i went for a puncture repair it turned out fcuked and i had no choice but to change both, and they only had S's in.
For me, next time i will get the S's again if i can. grippier i think.

Good info, I tried to get r's when I changed all my tyres out a few months ago, but there was supply problems, and I could only get the T1-S. I was annoyed at the time, but it seems it may have been a blessing. I agree they are great tyres and really grip well.

That all depends on the driver and the roads they are used on, I bet you could get 10k out of a set if you went steady but lets face it , scoobs aint meant for going steady
