Is a none working rear wiper an MOT failure?
the rear wiper the car has given up the ghost 
, but the washer still works.
i can't remember if they check that the wiper sweeps or just the condition of blade.
any thoughts
p.s: anyone got a motor for a rear wiper on a 1987 metro??

learn summut new every day, i would of thought it would of failed, like a spart tyre, if its there and bold, fail, if its not there, no fail anyway,so would of thought if the wipers present and not working, fail
