P1 wheels - 18 inch gold or Std?
#1
my friend has just got 18's uk 300 wheels on his terzo, it looks the dogs and he says the ride quality is only slightly bumpier but
he feels the handling is better. My 18's has arrived and they are going on this sat, I got the wheelmania vortex in the hyper black
finnish which is black from some angles but bright silver when light hits it, it has an offset of 48.

I have heard conflicting reports of the larger wheels being much more uncomfortable for normal driving, yet look better and are best for track. I also cannot decide if gold is tacky or WRC cool. After a few months of P1 ownership, I am now at the stage where the unecessary mods are saying 'Go on, ya know you want to...' so would appreciate comments...

Chopper i changed my p1 wheels from gray to gold after they were damaged by a car cleaner they paid to get them resprayed so i thought i would try gold,i think they look a lot better but not quite as mean but a lot "flasher"

Having seen one with gold 18s (check out demo for sale at Listers on the www.subaru.co.uk used car site)I reckon they are the business.
Mind you mines (if I ever get delivery of the B*gger has got standard 17s. Grateful for other owners' views on how the 18s compare on the P1 on the road?
