Default selling cars on scoobynet

Hiya,

Is it worth joining as an whats-it member inorder to try and sell my car on here?

Just looking for opinions please!!

Personally I wouldn't; unless you're planning on practically giving the car away, there will always be some tosspot who posts something along the lines of "ooh, that's expensive, my mate got one for £xxxx" on your thread.

I'd certainly look at SN for cars to buy, but I certainly wouldn't advertise my car for sale on here.

No need to join especially to sell your car. I sold mine in the general section for good money without issue.

Totally Agree!

Tried to sell mine on here but was offered considerably less than what I traded it for. But you can at least try it in the For Sale General forum, you got nout to lose!

I sold mine in the General for Sale section quite easily. Maybe I should have asked for more money for it?

In the general section, you just have to keep bouncing it back to the top of the page every 4 hours or so.
