Car Wont Start with Spare Key
My 6 week old STi would not start the other day and I realised that this only happens when using my spare key.
Im guessing the spare key needs to be recoded after having PPP fitted. Is this something I can do or does dealer have to do this?

Dealer should have asked you for spare key when fitting PPP. PPP replaces your ECU so it has to be told to recognise both your keys. Take it back to the dealer and complain, should only take 10 mins to fix.

Definitely not. Dealer needs to plug in their diagnostic computer and tell your new ECU to recognise the key.
My dealer forgot to warn me as well until I went to collect car (3 yr ago) so I had to drive home, collect other key, and take it back. I had several issues with this dealer and would never go back.
