Can anyone help me source an uprated suspension kit for my 1994 first generation Legacy Turbo Estate? Scooby Sport have one but at £1400 its way out of my price range.
Do impreza struts fit? Any info would be much appreciated.

Thumbs up

Peter,Impreza struts do fit but you have to use your original springs and top mountings as they are all different. We carried out the job about a year ago.Not too sure on the availability of uprated springs for a Leg Turbo tho.

Regards

Thanks for your quick reply Steve,I've managed to find lowered uprated springs from Eibach, through DEEMON TWEEKS.I don't suppose you know if the spring seats on the Impreza struts are the same height as the Legacy?

Wink

As far as I remember it made no difference to the ride height so I have to assume that they are the same. Will check for you tommorow as said vehicle is in(actually thinking about buying it for myself )

hi there...

KYB AGX adjustable struts should fit your car... they run about $100 per corner here in the states... let me know if you'd like more info.. i used to have them on my Legacy GT.

Thanks for your help everyone. Just to double check Subie Gal,it is a first generation Legacy your talking about? if so I'd love some more info from you.Thease KYB AGX struts sound good value. Does it come as a kit as I'd rather get the whole unit from there, rather than struts from the states and springs from here. I just want the car to sit a little lower and be a little stiffer.
