Poss. Group Buy STi Rear Light Clusters
#1
Who would be interested in some of the Red/Clear rear light clusters. This really only applies to UK owners, unless the importer changed them on import.
Put your name down if interested.

Rear fog light:
1) Replace the offside reverse light with a red bulb and rewire it as a fog light - tidy solution, but I don't want people to tell me I only have one reverse light! MOT legal.
2) Add an additional fog light, be it a small unit or a led brake light - The additional lamp looks 'clunky' and I don't like the look of the additional LED brake light on a silver car. Additional lamp is MOT legal, the LED light may not be depending on the tester.
3) Re-wire in parallel with the spoiler brake light, so it acts as brake as normal, but will stay on when the fog light is switched on. - Looks a lot neater but may not pass an MOT depending on tester.
4) Cut the rear cluster to except bulb holder - May melt the rear cluster is on all the time (as there is no metal reflector), but will pass an MOT.
Just a bit of research I've done!

I would be interested for a 5dr... Are you sure there is a difference between 4 & 5 dr... would we not be better off doing a group buy on clear rear lights.. Or getting somebody to produce them... I was going to get chrome rear lights for mine...

Right, the interest is there, but the dealer concerned doesn't seem to want to know. I have spoken to them twice about it, and they have not come back to me with pricing. Shame.
