what do most people think on here about dump valves .most of my mates say get one ,but im not so sure,do they actually do a lot exept give out a noise .I know they get rid of gasses but does it do the car any good ,sureley there is no improvment, is there?

No just a great sound. Get a turbosmart mega sonic ,Very loud great sound.

im also after the mesh which sits behind the numberplate do u know what they are called and where i can get it?

This forum has a search button. Its great, as if you put in dump valve, thousands of posts come up and you can spend all evening reading them

I have the HKS SPF induction kit on my 93 wrx and the factory BOV sounds great on boost, worth lookin at

My mates Blitz BOV once made an old women drop her shopping! i looked out the back window and tins dropped off the curb and rolled into the road. This was in ripley and glad it wasnt my grandma!

ive just gone back to the OE d/v and cant believe how better the car feels and im getting better MPG to

Same here....I bought the Blitz valve for my car, had it on for a total of two days but took it off because it was far too loud, had a negative effect on my fuel economy, and made my exhaust produce a loud bang when I backed off the throttle.

Would have loved it when I was 18 though....which I think says it all.
